What is Healing Breathwork?
Healing Breathwork is an inward journey of healing, connection, and reflection which taps into the innate intelligence within. It’s a self-improvement practice to help you express and release current stress and trapped emotions that have been holding back from being your authentic self. This particular modality (Soma+IQ™️) includes about 30 minutes of exaggerated deep belly breathing at your pace (with a couple breaks in between) to activate your nervous system, followed by approximately 30 minutes of calm, soothing breaths to help reset your nervous system and bring you to a more naturally aligned state.
Each session is 2 hours which allows for a half hour of introduction and centering before the hour breathwork journey, and a half hour of reflection and sharing at the end.
